Field Technician

Primary Responsibilities will include:
  • Driving to various locations in Baltimore and performing maintenance on Computers and/or printers
  • Assisting clients with technical problems associated with Microsoft Software, Hardware, Networks and the Internet
  • Delivering and configuring desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks
All Candidates must have the following:
  • A+ certification
  • At least 2 years professional experience in the IT field
  • The ability to diagnosis and resolve basic computer problems within all of Microsoft operate systems 95, 98, XP, 2000, 2003
  • The ability to break down and rebuild a computer
  • The ability to diagnosis and resolve problems within the Microsoft office suites: Word, Powerpiont, Access and Excel
  • Basic networking skills
  • Basic knowledge of internet protocols
  • IBM, DELL Computer certification tech a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Exchange skills
  • HP printer repair skills a plus
  • A reliable vehicle
  • Great customer service, a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and excellent people skills

Field Printer and Computer Technician


Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and configuring desktop and laptop computers, printers and networks
All Candidates must have the following:
  • A+ certification
  • HP Printer certification
  • XEROX Printer certification a plus
  • IBM or Dell certification a plus
  • At least 2 years professional experience in the IT field
  • The ability to diagnosis and resolve basic computer problems within all of Microsoft operate systems 95, 98, XP, 2000, 2003

Associate Software Engineer


Primary Responsibilities will include:
  • Consult Clients on software engineering topics
  • Develop and integrate custom and COTS software products
  • Maintain and remediate enterprise applications
  • Research and present technical papers internally and to clients
  • Increase the technical expertise of EMS
All Candidates must have the following:
  • BS Degree in Computer Science or Science-related field
  • Expertise in Client/Server, Web, and other N-Tier Software Development
  • Expertise in one of the following: ASP.NET, JAVA, PHP, Interdev, or other contemporary IDE
  • Expertise in one of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, Access, or other contemporary DBMS
  • Demonstrated foundation in the SDLC with projects, sample code, or oral presentation
  • Demonstrated writing and technical writing ability
