As president of Early Morning Software, Donna Stevenson is one of only a few minority women IT company CEOs in the
country. “I am extremely proud to be honored by the very institution that helped shape my career,” states Donna
Stevenson, “UMBC has also given me an opportunity to contribute to the growth of others embarking on a similar
path – that’s a reward all by itself.”
This recognition comes on the heels of last years growth of their Systems Integration Division, with over $2.1 million in new contract sales and the release of version 4.5 of their premiere minority business enterprise contract compliance management solution, PrismCompliance.com.
"Given the present budget constraints imposed upon our customers and the need to do more with less, our compliment of business managers and highly skilled IT professionals are driven to solve simple and complex business and operational problems through custom enterprise application development, systems engineering, network integration, and IT consulting."
Donna Stevenson remains an active volunteer at UMBC, most notably as a member of the Center for Women and Information Technology Advisory Board and a mentor-in-residence for the ACTIVATE program, which promotes entrepreneurship among women.
